The Pirate Pass
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of the Pirate Pass. By purchasing a Pirate Pass, you agree to the terms described below.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
The Pirate Pass is a digital promotional pass that provides access to special offers, discounts, and experiences at participating businesses in Playa del Carmen.
The Pirate Pass website displays participating locations and the available offers.
PASS PURCHASE
When a customer purchases a Pirate Pass, they receive a unique Pirate Pass identifier that allows them to redeem offers at participating businesses.
The Pirate Pass is delivered digitally and does not require a physical card or mobile application.
PASS VALIDITY
Each Pirate Pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
After one year, the pass expires and cannot be used for redemptions.
OFFER REDEMPTIONS
Each participating business provides a limited promotional offer called a “Treasure.”
Unless otherwise specified, each offer may be redeemed one time per Pirate Pass.
Businesses may set a maximum number of redemptions. Once the limit is reached, the offer may no longer be available.
Offers are subject to the business’s normal operating hours and availability.
PARTICIPATING BUSINESSES
All businesses participating in the Pirate Pass program operate independently.
The Pirate Pass acts only as a promotional platform connecting customers with local businesses.
Participating businesses may change, update, or end their offers at any time.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers must present their Pirate Pass identifier when redeeming an offer.
Customers agree to behave respectfully toward participating businesses and their staff.
Businesses reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior or violation of their policies.
NON TRANSFERABLE
Each Pirate Pass is intended for use by the purchaser and may not be resold, copied, or redistributed.
Unauthorized resale or duplication may result in pass cancellation.
REFUND POLICY
All Pirate Pass purchases are final.
Because the Pirate Pass provides immediate digital access to participating offers and locations, purchases are non refundable.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Pirate Pass is not responsible for the products, services, quality, safety, or experiences provided by participating businesses.
Any issues related to products, food, services, or experiences must be addressed directly with the merchant.
PROGRAM CHANGES
The Pirate Pass may update participating businesses, offers, and map locations at any time.
The program is designed as a dynamic experience where treasures may appear, disappear, or change.
TERMINATION
The Pirate Pass reserves the right to suspend or cancel a pass if misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms occurs.
