The Pirate Pass

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of the Pirate Pass made through www.thepiratepass.com or any official Pirate Pass sales platform.

FINAL SALES

All Pirate Pass purchases are final.

Because the Pirate Pass provides immediate digital access to the treasure map and participating business offers, purchases are non refundable.

IMMEDIATE DIGITAL DELIVERY

After a purchase is completed, the customer receives immediate access to their unique Pirate Pass identifier and the information for participating locations.

Because access is delivered instantly, transactions cannot be canceled or reversed.

OFFERS AND AVAILABILITY

Offers included in the Pirate Pass are provided by independent businesses. Each business sets its own limited number of redemptions.

Offers may change, run out, or end at any time once the redemption limit has been reached.

These variations are a normal part of the Pirate Pass program and do not qualify for a refund.

PASS USAGE

The Pirate Pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase. During this time customers may explore and redeem the available offers on the treasure map.

Failure to use the pass does not qualify for a refund.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

If a customer experiences a technical issue that prevents access to their Pirate Pass, the Pirate Pass team will work to restore access as quickly as possible.

Technical issues do not automatically qualify for a refund, but we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem.
